Mortimer Beckett and the Time Paradox

[Post New]by scotcat on Jul 1, 08 4:07 PM
Found this on a forum board.......

Unfortunately, I don't think BF will be getting this game since they did not get the first one in.

Hi,

I know it's taking forever, and I apologize for this, but we are really working 24/7 to finish this game as soon as possible.
It's just that it has so much more content than Spooky Manor, and we want to make it of really high quality, and these games take a long time to create if you want to do it right (which we do) .
Completely unofficially speaking, my guess is the game will be ready around June-July.

Anyway, **** ****** will be the first to launch this game, so keep a close eye.

Thank you for your patience, I assure you it will be worth it

Nice to hear that it has more content than the first--which I still liked even though a little short! Hey Gina, I think we might be seeing a parrotfish in your future soon--things might be a'changin!

Scotcat- I'm counting those little stars trying to figure out which site is launching it. It was a really good game and since I am sure won't be getting it, I will have to go elsewhere.
Sorry , but I gotta have it!

I really enjoyed the 1st Mortimer Beckett. I keep trolling the other site looking for the release. I'm happy to hear there will be more to it. Thanks Scotcat for the update.

I'm thinking I'm safe. Memaw filled up on my relatives (hopefully) before I morphed and she's probably waaaay too full to bother with the likes of me.

I really enjoyed the 1st Mortimer Beckett too. I'm hoping the next one is as good if not better and hopefully a little longer.

Actually, haven't seen anything yet on the release anywhere, so maybe they are still working out some bugs. I still pop in at the site it should come out at, so if I have any info I'll let ya know!

I REALLY liked the first one, even though it was short. I honestly wouldn't have a problem plopping down $20 for the sequel if I have to, I enjoyed it that much! Oh well, a gamer's gotta do what a gamer's gotta do.

I so agree GinaBean! I didn't buy the first one for awhile, cause everyone was saying how short, not worth it etc. Then, one site it is at offered it at $9.99 for members. I thought I'd take a chance, and just really loved the game. I guess that is where I learned to do what I think best, cause everyone has a different taste in things. For me, game length is not important--I have way more games than time! And, I play in spurts so it lasted quite a long time for me. Can't wait to try the new one!
