how do i get the algi out of the sea. do i just wait for it to go?

You need Level 3 Farming. Then take a Master Farmer or Master Scientist (I usually do more than 1), and drop them in the pond to collect algae eating fish. Continue to do this until the algae is cleared up.

I have lvl 3 farm and master scientist but when I take him to the pond he just swims. What am I missing?]
