mail box

Hi

when I started playing this afternoon, I tried to open my mail box
as it showed new message but after opening it, I did not receive
the new message

plz don't scold me my neighbors if I forgotten to "gift" u all I have
had some serious issues and this game is my way of
escaping and keeping my sanity, er lol

awww we are glad you are here! your nbrs understand that sometimes RL can mess things up so dont worry about it. i dont think your nbrs would scold you the mailbox is famous for not working the way it should. it's happend to me and probably most of the rest of our nbrs. i have to reboot each time i answer mail or it freezes on me. if it keeps happening let one of the serv techs know.

I get that sometimes too and would wonder why Elvira's mail never goes away after reading even though the rest of our mail does.

I think Elvira's message is tied to the Magic Gate/Valley of Magicians.

Her message hasn't been showing up after I completed quests related to the Magicians. It only shows up again when a new location in the Valley opens.
