If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

Game is lagging dreadfully and annoyingly. Windows 8.1
Why was this game issued before the CE issues (the same issues) have been resolved?

Machete was used twice, then vanished before it could be used the third time. Totally stopped the game cold. Never had this type of problem with an Elephant game before.

Running Windows 8 and having problem which sounds similar - it's like the game is running in 'stop-motion'. Tried reloading, optimising graphics, disc clean-up & de-frag to make more space, but it hasn't fixed the problem. Elephant games usually run without problems.

another buggy game.
got four fifths through the game when it started slowing down and got laggy. really difficult to complete.
as so far on in the game wasn't prepared to start all over again with an uninstall and reinstall.
checking on the forum for the collectors edition there are 56 posts in the technical issue section......so obviously no one has thought fit to try and fix these issues.before releasing this as a se
its getting really ridiculous the amount of releases that are being put out with bugs.
does no one check these games ??
we cant all have problem computers ...
personally I havnt been buying many new games as so many have problems.
older games run like a dream ...its the new ones that have the problems.
I run windows 8 and everything is up to date on my 'puter. so don't see the point of sending a dr felix report.

I am not sure this is a tech issue. Please refer me to the correct place. I have purchased the SE version. The Menu page tells me that there is a strategy guide. but when I hit the button, it takes me to a page where I am encouraged to buy the game?

problem when I resume play

Hi.
A few days ago I played and closed without problems.
Now I'm looking to continue the game but the game remains stationary on loading and does not go forward. Can you help me?
(Windows 7, updates ok)

My help button doesn't work. It constantly takes me back to the castle entrance but no matter what I do there, the button won't show anything. I'm completely stuck and the help button isn't working. It's very frustrating.

Also the walk through seems to have missed a step. I can't figure out how to get the purple crystal and in the walk through its skipped over.

I was really enjoying the game until I became stalemated at this point.
