If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen
Game Compatibility

While we can offer a known solution for technical issues in the Forums, or other tech savvy pond residents can swim by with good tips and suggestions, we cannot provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support team.

The Forums are not very well suited for the kinds of information gathering and troubleshooting that get these types of issues corrected quickly.

This game hits a glitch on the tea ceremony in China. I have deleted this game and reloaded it but it still glitches. I cannot progress in the game until this is resolved. Please help......

also having graphic issues, can't play some stages as the picture is too distorted. not much fun

I am also having graphic problems on the 2nd stages in China and Spain so far. The game is unplayable at this point as I cannot progress. I am playing on a Windows 8 PC and have tried full screen mode and windowed and have also adjusted my resolution.

havent been able to get past the fry the hamburghs get error access violation and it freezes or shuts down no buy for me unless this is fixed

My profile became corrupted, or something ... I was pretty far along and when I went to go into the game yesterday, all of my progress was lost except for the burger place and the first level on the TV show. Then it wouldn't let me get past the map in any of the countries. Deleted and re-installed, made new profile. So far so good except the vegetable riddle still doesn't work even though i answer correctly. This game is definitely in need of some techie help, patch(es), upgrade, or something. HELP!!!

In france it keeps locking up and freezing and my mouse splits in 2. I have un-installed and re-installed it several times. Won't let me move on all I can do is control-alt-delete and re-start just to freeze again

Hi, I am having similar problems with the shrimp challenge in trial 2 in Japan (?). The graphics are all screwy so you can't see the challenge at all. I've restarted and changed screen size but it makes no difference.....
