If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

i have gotten speedy on all levels ive reached level 27 and its not unlocked for
me to play it..did i miss a mystery piece so i cant go forward very confused
please help. no problems up until level 27 an its locked

On level 27, I build & inspect all 11 houses, but the task bar continues to say 2 more inspections needed-I've replayed this countless times, but there is no change in inspections needed-Help, plz

I have been playing the EXPERT levels, & have reached level 23, but it will not allow me to go any further, & shows a Lock on all of the levels from 24 onwards. Am I doing something wrong, or have I missed a piece of the jigsaw. If anyone knows the answer then please reply, as I cannot carry on playing the game.

I bought Build-a-lot Mysteries 2 and have been playing it for a few weeks now. Recently, I boot it up and I can't see my cursor. It is there - I can search around and activate a button by accidentally passing over it, but I can't play if I can't see it. What is wrong?
