Disappearing and reappearing people and backgrounds

Anyone else having this problem?

Every once in a while my customers or my character Jade disappears. and then shows up again a moment later. The background flashes also, and sometimes, the whole virtual room goes black except for the heads (which is freaking me out).

I just loaded the game again a few days ago, and this version is doing the same thing. Please advise me. Thank you.

I had no problem with it, if your character disappears and reappears you might have a virus on your computer...but yeah you should contact bgf's customer support.
