help with game

my game wont even play every time i try to play it / it will go black like its going to start then it says access error tried to read from some number and then it says game terminated and goes off. Can someone help me i already tried customer service but they have not given me any help yet.

yea i have the same problem and i did everything it said to do i unblocked it from the firewall i even turned antivirus off and the firewall off and still get that access denied crap
