unlocking level 30

I hope someone is able to help me, i have completed, as speedy, levels 1-29 but am unable to get level 30 to unlock, does anyone know why level 30 is not unlocked.

It is a fluke. I added #8 house and then it let me finish. So something's wrong with this level
