snowcrystal in fountain at the alps

I can not access this fountain anymore. Why??

Well, the fountain only has so many objectives. I'm not sure if I remember everything, but you have to melt the ice, get the dog food, apply the fish head to the fountain, create the frog and take the Centaur piece. Once all those objectives are complete and you've taken the Centaur piece, the fountain is no longer an active zone you can access.

I think that's everything...maybe someone else can verify.

Are you having a problem accessing it before all these things are complete? It is supposed to be inaccessible after awhile.
