Missing HOS items

Over the time I have been playing I have come across a good selection of glitches but tis is a new one on me!!!

In the belfrey there are 22 items listed on the screen but only 21 actually present... the bracelet has been hidden by the elephants... It must have been because it was not there.

I played the HOS three times running, its my favourite screen so I know all of the positions that the objects are placed in. three times running there was no bracelet. I even used the <HINT> button this worked very well... it circled the location where the bracelet SHOULD HAVE been... but the location was empty each time: and each time there was a different location. There is no way to collect a missing item so I had to exit the HOS by hitting the red-X.

Has anyone experienced this problem before or am I just (un)lucky?

Is this a new method the the elephants have developed to wreck what is left of my sanity???

The Bracelet is also missing from the Mosaic Pannel HOS!!!

Oh goodness, I've not come across that before!
I think you need to contact tech support if it's not reappeared soon. Have you tried refreshing the game?

Can you use the wand (or is it the crystal ball) that automatically gets the item for you?

Re-starting the game did not solve the problem and actually revealed the second affected HOS..

Strange you mentioned the wand... Yes it is capable of collecting the missing object but I haven't keptv them up to noe: I either cash them in (75 coins is a lot) or gift them to other players... If they don't correct this soon i might have to put wands on my wish list!

I can pass along plenty of wands, Emmaline doesn't need them anymore.

What level are you on and are you on a PC? Did it just start today?

The items are in the program on your computer. I am using Windows 7 and the HOS items are located:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Midnight Castle\assets\hos\items

The item name for that bracelet is: bracelet1
