I guess I played the CE version of this game, because when it loaded, it said "Thank you for playing the demo", and that was the end of that. Oh well...

I see that the game is showing the demo version for some of you. We are looking into this and will post about it as soon as we have more information.

If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Thanks for the posts!! Not as far along as all of you ! Loved the demo, bought it, and still trying to download the activated version. It is soooo slow !!!! Downloaded for 2 hours yesterday and it it was only 24% so I cancelled the download and uninstalled the demo. I'll wait and see if the fix works. It showed up on my purchase history but on the queue it just has a little arrow. I'll check back on Monday. I know it's this game because I successfully downloaded and activated two other games I bought within 45 minutes.

I am on chapter 3, picked up the oars, but they never appeared in my inventory. Playing in windows, restarting does not help. Have not tried a different log in name, because I don't really want to play the whole game again.

io vorrei comprare Dark parables:ballad of Rapunzel, ma sono italianissima e non conosco una parola di inglese,perchè qualcuno non mi spiega in italiano cosa è successo al nostro sito di giochi preferito? spero di essere riuscita ad entrare nel forum in maniera corretta visto che anche nell'uso del pc sono decisamente scarsina.Ene ho provati tanti di giochi ultimamente ma purtroppo tutti inglesi e per me è un casino capirci qualcosa,mi suggerite cosa devo fare??????

I am using on an Ipad and when I get to the screen where the Snow Queen gives me a jewel, there appears to be a tear in the scene near the curtain that I couldn't open before. The tear appears with a toy rabbit on a sofa then disappears when I try to take it. I believe this is stopping me from completing the game. Any suggestions?

I'm having the same issue & stuck at the point of figuring out what to do next. I surely won't start all over so if it's nothing else to be done, a refund it is, which sucks because I like the game
