Missing fragment of the third Mab Map

Hello, looks like I might need a refund on this. I can't finish the game.
I needed 12 fragments for the third Mab Map to complete the full map. I can only get 11 of the 12 map fragments.
With hints it sends me out of the HO, then when I'm out of the HO it just sends me back into it. Over and over. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it's still the same, I cannot finish the game. How do I get a credit or a refund on this please? So disappointed, I really was enjoying this and I think I was close to finishing.

I have the same proplem

I sent a request over to customer service for a credit already. I have a feeling we won't be the only ones with this problem. Hopefully there will be a fix, I'd rather have that than a credit.

Same problem with last piece of map. I too would prefer a fix as this is a good game

Me too. Nothing left to do and there is no final piece of the map.

I too have this problem and really want to finish the game!

Ditto all the above comments I am enjoying the game but find it frustrating especially when there is a guide and that doesn't help.I also cannot find the last Tarot card !!

I have the same problem with the last fragment in the TENT IN TRAINING FIELD.
Could anyone PLEASE HELP.

Seems the missing piece is up in the top left corner just under the Guide sign. Clicking on it did not work but I accidentally clicked down below it and it worked. Just a matter of trying to find the sweet spot. Good Luck

That is so funny, thank you so much Krrjwi! I tried that map piece a few times. It's a bit touchy. Oh and thank you BigFish for sending me 26 steps to try and fix it. heh. I do appreciate your help also. ::chuckles::

Thank you so much krrjw , I went around and around for a couple hours trying to get that last piece!!! It worked, now I can move on.

Thank you very much, I thought that was the piece but no matter how hard I clicked on it nothing happened, but just below was magic!

IT IS NO WHERE ON THAT PAGE I HAVE STUDY IT AND CAN NOT FIND THE LAST PICE.BLA BLA BLA.

I had no problem and am on the bonus game.

Will have to replay though as I missed so many jewels!

Thanks krrjw. I was already to start over , thought it was a glitch. As you said-just a certain spot. I am just finishing this game after having it a while. I like to play them as I buy them.

I am having the same problem. It infuriates me of the issues with this game freezing up and now cant finish because of map issue. Oh ran the game on windows 7 and 8 same probs.

All so no more tools there all gone. so can't finish the game, bummer
