elevator panel puzzle

I have been trying to get the panel to work. I have done as the directions said and pushed the symbols the proper amount of times in the proper order. But I can't get the lights to light up. I also started the game over from scratch. It does the same thing. I can't continue until I get the elevator to work correctly. Is there a glitch in the game? Has anyone else had this problem and found a way to solve it?

Make sure you properly focused the spyglass when you got the code. When properly focused, it puts the code in your HELP box. It will not work unless the code in in the box.

If the code is in the box and still not working, then you may want to get tech help from BF.
