If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen
Game Compatibility

While we can offer a known solution for technical issues in the Forums, or other tech savvy pond residents can swim by with good tips and suggestions, we cannot provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support team.

The Forums are not very well suited for the kinds of information gathering and troubleshooting that get these types of issues corrected quickly.

The game keeps going to pause? when I click to change places, when I click on a hidden O, just about any time I click? some time the game really does pause but most of the time it keeps going ??help please.

My game doesn't go to "pause", but reacts very slowly to clicks of the cursor, i.e. to move objects or to change scenes. I certainly hope the pace picks up, because it's frustrating to have to click numerous times to get any movement.

And me, when I hit <Alt+Tab> intending to switch from the game (in the middle of a "HOP") to the blog waltkthru, the game freezes not only itself but my whole computer!

If I tap the power button, which starts a shutdown, and cancel that, I can go back in--with the benefit that I'm back in the same place but still have 88 min t9o go.

But this is no way for a game to act.

Hey GeorgeTSLC

That's definitely a bit strange that the game would freeze your whole computer when trying to switch windows If you've got a number of other programs running, it may help to close them and keep just the game and walkthrough open.

Sometimes background programs can take up resources from your computer that make it difficult for the game to run or even cause freezing when trying to switch between programs. If closing the other programs doesn't quite fix the issue, it may be worth it to check out the help article below for steps on dealing with a freezing game:

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen

If even that doesn't do the trick, please contact Tech Support HERE with a Dr. Felix Report, and with a detailed description of the steps you've already tried, one of our Reps will be more than happy to look into this with you.
