If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen
Game Compatibility

While we can offer a known solution for technical issues in the Forums, or other tech savvy pond residents can swim by with good tips and suggestions, we cannot provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support team.

The Forums are not very well suited for the kinds of information gathering and troubleshooting that get these types of issues corrected quickly.

the game won't play.A message comes up and says the screen resolution is not right for the game. Where can I find out what the right resolution is? I have windows 8.1.

Unfortunately, I'm finding this game very glitchy.

The first issue is that it freezes fairly regularly. You have to remember to save your puzzles often.

Secondly, sometimes you are unable to rotate the puzzle pieces. Normally you can do this by right-clicking on them, but sometimes it just doesn't work and you have to exit and restart the game.

The game does not save when I click save. Also, in several of the puzzles I have had frozen pieces that will not move when I click on them.

Hi everyone,

I noticed that there are players experiencing some freezing and save issues. I'm so sorry to hear about that. Definitely doesn't make the game fun.

It may be helpful to check out the following help page in regards to the freezing issues:

firefly096, in regards to the save issue, I recommend to contact our Technical Support Team with a Dr. Felix Report. They can help to offer troubleshooting steps.
