Spa Mania: Extra treatments??

Bought Spa Mania. Game says you can earn more money by giving Spa Treatments to customers who dont request it/giving extra spa treatments. How does one this? The game doesnt allow me to drag customers to those chairs unless they request it.

yeah you're supposed to drag the customers to what they want. you use money to buy upgrades for the equipment. some customers want different things, not all of them want the same things.

I think it means that once you've made the extra special treatments in the mini game you can substitute one of them (and get paid more) instead of the ordinary treatment the customer requests. Just click on one of the front row of bottles. Make sure you make enough though, as customers can request the specials anyway.

but from what I have seen the treatments dont cost different and I can't make it through the last locations 1st level.

no, you only click on the treatments that the customers want, if you don't click on the treatments they want, you'll lose a heart.
