Is anyone having problems buying this game? It keeps telling me my payment method and/or address are incorrect; I have two different cards on file, neither is working (and yes, there's money in the accounts, and the information hasn't changed on either of them)...

When I downloaded the demo it downloaded great and I enjoyed playing it. Once I purchased it though, I am having a hard time getting it to download for some reason. The first time it got stuck at 99%.

Now the purchased version does not download at all, even after uninstalling and re-downloading via purchase history.

Is anyone having this problem? Please fix this. Thanks!

Well think I will wait on this one was going fine until I got to the second body and then it freezes up and I had to leave through task manager.I don't want to buy and then have the same problems I still have with obscure curse of the ring,anyone else having this problem with freezing.

Same here. I get all sorts of different error-codes when I try to install it. The last said I have to wait 15 minutes to try again

I've got a minor issue where I just got an achievement for "In a hurry--skipped two mini-games" but I did not (and almost never do) skip any mini-games. I'm almost religious about it, because that's the part that challenges my mind and thus how I justify spending way too much money on computer games. It's a minor thing, but it does irk me somewhat.

For my system: Windows 8.1, 64-bit, everything up to date.

Great game - until I try to get a ticket for the funicular. The game freezes for me, and I can't see the moves shown in the Guide.
Disappointed!
How can I get a ticket for the funicular, when the machine won't take the wax token?

I have spent all day replaying the game and still didn't get several achievements that I know I did and it said I did but they didn't show up when I opened the Achievement files...one is the watch the entire credits

Mac OS 10.7.5

Game worked great until I got to the card machine. When I zoom in, the screen goes black and the cursor echoes. This is the fourth Eipix game that I have had similar issues with. You would think I'd learn my lesson...

I'm pretty sure this is a technical issue: I have just received the 2nd half of the medallion and am trying to return to the Baron's Villa to question him. All the "hint" buttons tell me there is nothing more to do in each scene I can visit (park, tram, street corner) yet even the map won't allow me to return to the Baron's Villa. The strategy guide says to go to the street corner after getting the medallion and then to the Baron's Villa....but it's not giving me a way to do that. I am playing in Windows.

I have also had a few times where I had over dubbed voices and scenes where I had to return to get whatever item was given at in a mini puzzle.

In the game where you have to use card key when you go in it is blank and black and when move your mouse it shows as moving arrows everywhere

Hi I received Danse Mocabre Moulin Rouge free and it said that the game is activated with no time limits but only lets me play the demo...can someone please help me with this matter...if not please direct me as to what to do...thank you

hi lilfawny,

if you received the game from the Big Fish site, try this:
When returning from the game to the GM (game manager app), there's a line in small print saying:

"Already purchased this game? Reactivate it."

Click on the link "reactivate it"; that should recognize that it's "yours".
If that doesn't help you'll have to contact BFG's Customer Service, as described above in BFGLianorm's post.

So major problem in the Baron's sitting room.

When I click on some box ion the table in the left hand side of the room, I only get a black screen with weird repeating cursor effect.

Now can't get any further in the game.

Stuck at Card Machine. When I click on this mini game, my cursor just infinitely repeats across the screen. If I choose the Hint button, it says, "There's nothing to do here right now." Cannot advance to get the 2nd ruby eye and the Baron's key part to complete the manacle key.

Using a Mac with OS 10.9.5.

That's my problem too (see above), using Mac OS 10.9.5. Thinking it's a Mac issue...

Card machine in the Baron's sitting room

On a 2.66 GHz Mac (Intel duo core) running OS 10.8.5, 4 GB memory.

After clicking on the card machine in Baron's sitting room, I get a black screen with the exit button in the upper right corner (no graphic). The pointer icon is not frozen and will leave "trails" when moved.

The Guide indicates that a token (found it) should be inserted to retrieve another object, but without the interactive graphic, it just ain't gonna happen.

I have tried deselected the custom icon, rebooting the game, rebooting Game Manager...is it time for the Doc?

Perhaps it is, as said above, a Mac problem. Only one I've had in quite a while, frankly.

Game installed ok...tried opening the game and all I saw was dark screen... uninstalled and then reinstalled, game started but in the middle of the intro screen, the screen went dark again... uninstalled and will not be trying this one again.
