Skip button missing

Where is the skip button? Stuck on frog puzzle unable to solve but there is no skip button.

I do not have the SKIP button appearing when I got to the Frog puzzle . I even left my computer alone for 15 minutes to see if it would slowly appear. No Dice. Guess I will have to QUIT this game. Very annoying when you get this far on the game.
