I don't think so. I have tried and tried to complete this. Even using 'hints' to no avail.
I finally deleted the game from my laptop and just chalked this game up to another loss!

I didn't think I would get to sixteen and then I figured out a way to do it. I just wrote up my own coordinates and found each tower by trial and error, writing down the coordinates as I did so. Once I got sixteen coordinates I entered them and voila!!
Success.
I hope that helps. I think there might be a second part to this puzzle but the demo ended before I could even start.
I can post my coordinates if anyone wants me to do that and if I can find the paper where I wrote them down.

OK, I hope it's the same for everyone. I don't know about latitude and longitude so I just numbered the horizontal squares 1 through 13, from left to right, and the vertical squares 1 through 10, top to bottom. I ignored the numbers the game is using.
These are my coordinates. I just checked them again and they worked but there are only fifteen and I don't know why. I don't even know why the game let me do this over because I had already completed it. So I don't know the last coordinate. I'm sorry. You can use a hint on it.
The first number is the horizontal and the second one is the vertical:
1. 2,4
2. 11,2
3. 2,2
4.12,6
5. 9,8
6. 7,10
7. 4,8
8. 7,6
9. 6,4
10.4,5
11. 2,6
12. 9,2
13. 12,10
14.12,4
15. 5,10
