I am sick of all these glitches!

The glitches in this game is all in the game not our computers I have played for two days been froze out at least fifteen times go back in have to replay a scene I cant get past the 1st part of bonus game (Chain) I cant collect the silver fairy tried 6 times It needs to be fixed now in order for me to remain a member
The programmers need to make sure these games are working before they make us pay for them.
When everyone has the same problem or most everyone they need to pull the game and start over and not try to tell us how to fix it

Me too! I contacted Customer Support, sent in a Dr Felix report and all they could do was give me a credit for another CE..

That's fine. But that tells me straight out that it is NOT my computer otherwise they would have let me know what I might be missing or what was outdated.

These problems keep occurring and nothing gets done to fix the problems. We used to get Fixes or whatever often. Now...nothing any longer.

I am almost done the main game and have it locked up 3 times so far, this is a great game but is really, really annoying.

I am on my fifth time of crashing. I am tired of restarting. At least the game keeps track of where I was. That's the only thing that keeps me from giving up on this game!

I am having the same problem as everyone else who has posted here.Game has crashed or frozen at least 3 times and also slows down my computer.
It is not my computer as i have run far more graphic intense programs than this with no problems.These developers have to get their act together and stop selling bug ridden games !!!!!!.Please can we have this sorted pronto.Apart from the mentioned problems this is a great game and a shame about the problems.

I totally agree! It's a great game! I would like to keep it, but it throws me out at least three times at different times and I need to redo. Very frustrating!

I do not see any fixes in the forums or updates available. I have reinstalled the game three times!

I guess I need to contact CS

Please Big Fish fix this game!

I would love to contact tech support with a Dr Felix and hyave them contact me but I have done this in three or more games and NOBODY gets back to me! If I purchase any more I am going to come to forums first to see if there are problems. If so no way I'm going to buy it. I buy every HOB game that comes oout sometimes both versions.But I am sick to death of not being able to finish these games. I am not sending another dr. felix as It doesn't do a darn thing. And obviously tech isn't getting back to anyone anyway. sooo. I wan't recompensed for the last 3 I had to shine on and nobody got back to me and for this game.I wait for theses games to come out, I am disabled and this is my only real enjoyment!I thank you if you can help me if not shame on you Big Fish!

I'm having my computer freeze up just trying to download this game. I played the trial and loved the game.....so, I bought it. Now I can't get it to download without my computer freezing up. I've had to restart THREE times now and I, too, am SICK of this. I want to play the game I bought!!!

G'day,

godfreygirl, I am sorry to see that things are freezing when you're downloading, that is really quite unusual. It is possible that something is not working as expected inside the Big Fish Games app, and reinstalling the software may get everything running smoothly for you again.

The following help article should help:
Uninstall / Reinstall Game Manager


casino14, if you receieved an automated email from the system with an incident number, but haven't seen a reply beyond that, it is possible that our response has been inadvertently sent to a Spam or Junkmail folder within the email client. Replying to that automated email will send a response directly to the representative who has been working on this for you, and you can let them know that you haven't received a reply.


A little note about the Dr Felixes, while there will be times where there aren't any updates available for us to recommend, having the diagnostics allows us the ability to show the developers of the game the types of systems impacted. This can be especially helpful in the hunt for a fix.
