how do i get more levels i enchanted forest

every time i start the game i get the puzzles i already have done. I am at level 20. How do i get more puzzles? Is there something I am supposed to do or look for? Everyone is talking about the ;last cage and i cannot get out of the first one

You probably figured this out months ago, but for anyone else with the same problem: You need at least 40 stars to free that animal move to the next cage. That means an average of at least 2 stars on every level. Look to see if there are some levels where you only have 1 and replay those to get 2.
