Airship tower?

when sending an airship we get a pet food item and a stamp, but there are also the points for sending it. What the heck are they for?

The "steering wheels" as they're known are used for some of the daily quests. It may ask you to send airship 100, which means you have to send one or more airships to total up to 100 ship's wheels. BTW You are also getting paid for the value of the airship items sent, it's just not as obvious because it gets added to your total coin as you pack the box.

thank you for clearing that up! yes, I forgot to mention coins for sending. Just could not figure out the points or whatever they are called.
