celler door

I need help. I have all seven keys. I can not get any letters to appear. I can not get the brighter. Before entering the room I click on the key, but that does not brighten the screen. I believe I have the screen light up last night, but I'm not sure what I did.

Go to the cellar. Click on the new door puzzle revealed by the demolished wall. Take each one of the 7 keys and place them in the open slot just above the green light. A letter should be generated below the key.

Click on the red light corresponding to the drawing at the top of the key. The light should turn green. Turn the wheel in the lower center of the door until the letter displayed next to the green light is the same as the letter under the key in the upper middle.

Do this with each key and letter until a 7-letter word is revealed.

I had done all of that. The problem was, when I placed the key in the space above the light, I did not let got of the mouse. If you don't let go of the mouse, no lettlers.

I have collected more than ten keys. now i can't fine the celler.

It should be on the tab for the basement. If it is not lit, you can't select it. If you choose a room, does the list of objects show that you still need to find a key? If not, you may have a glitch. Unfortunately, you lose progress if you uninstall/redownload. That would definitely be a last resort. Try exiting and coming back in to the game. Send an email to support.

having same problem i have seven keys but basement not lighting up

i already enter the cellar, and i don't know what to do....
i didn't see any keys that i've already got..
please help me..
