Hi Everyone,

If there's trouble with getting Avalon Legends Solitaire work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. This is the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen

In some cases, we can provide a known solution for technical issues in the Forums. In addition, some of our tech savvy pond residents may also swim by with good tips and suggestions. However, we're unable to provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support Team. This is because the Forums are not well suited for the type of information-gathering and troubleshooting that's needed in order to correct issues of this nature.

If you're unable to get a game working properly using our Help pages or the tips posted here or in the old thread, please get in touch with our Customer Support team. You can find a link to contact our Support Team on the front page of our Help pages.

Contacting our Support Team will help us to gather necessary information on what types of systems are being affected by the problem and to share this information with the developer in order to work towards a fix.

When posting in this thread and also when contacting our Support Team, it would be helpful if you could state what system you are playing the game on (i.e. PC, MAC or Mobile), so we can provide you with the appropriate support as quickly as possible.

The wild cards aren't being collected anymore. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and the problem still persists.

I'm able to collect wild cards, but the game won't let me play them! I am playing the free version. Would someone please help us?!

I was much farther along in the game and when I went to play this morning, it took me back several chapters. Anyone else have this problem? SO frustating! Guess I'll send in a ticket, though the issue never seems to get resolved. And now I find out that Avalon 2 is only for the PC. Argh!

Has anyone ever received a result from a Dr. Felix report? I know I haven't and don't even bother with them anymore.

Hi bluejen,

As I'm sure you know, the Dr. Felix report is a diagnostic tool. In some cases, a fix to the game is required in order for an issue to be resolved. However, in other cases, it's possible for our Technical Support Team to recommend steps that will indeed fix the issue. The Dr. Felix report is designed to gather information that will help Tech Support to determine the best steps to recommend. Troubleshooting is never guaranteed to work, but it's definitely worth a try since we have no control over when the developer will be able to release a fix or update.

If our team is unable to recommend steps that will resolve the issue, our Reps can also help with a replacement game. I hope this clears up any confusion and do know that contacting Tech Support is always an available option.

I am so upset! I spent 4000 coins on the green bottle (can't remember what it does now) and it never showed up in my purchases. What a waste of playing! It took quite awhile to save that up. Sigh.

Resources not recording

I don't know if this is because I'm only in the trial version, but no matter how much wood, etc. I find under the cards, nothing is recording/updating. At first I thought it was my imagination, but I'm at Level 11 and everything's still at zero so I'm pretty sure it's really happening! I tried creating a new character and the same thing is going on.

It's a shame because I adore this game, but I really can't see purchasing it unless that's fixed. With no resources, there's no way to build any building, obviously. I could play through the card levels, but...
