Blank Screen on Dr. Lynch

Before I ask BigFish for help, I'm going to ask all of you players what you think about my problem. After playing Dr. Lynch: Grave Secrets for several weeks, I am now getting a blank, white screen when I try to play it. It doesn't matter whether I try to play from the desktop icon or from the BigFish Menu. I am still getting the same results. This is the first time I've ever had this problem with any game I've purchased, no matter where I've purchased it from. Do you suggest I uninstall it and reinstall it, or ask BigFish for help? I'm relying on your expertise to help me. Thanks in advance for any help you can send me.

After a while, I decided to figure out what to do by myself. I just reinstalled the game over the first installation, without uninstalling it. Then, I shutdown/restarted my computer. The game is back to its normal self.
