number sequence

I am at the spot where there are seven numbers and it tells you to use the ultraviolet light. Well, that gives me a formula with an equal sign and I can't make it come out right. I am sure it is not as hard as I am trying to make it!! HELP

I am also stuck at the formula. Has anyone figured it out?

where the = marks are you have to rotate the numbers 1 - 9 until you get all green numbers in sequence so you are adding 2 more numbers in formula, sorry can't remember what they where.

I started with 11 and went from there. It didn't take long.
