It's not a Spa game. It's a Tea House game. (bug?)

This is not a "SPA" game. It's a Tea house game. When your customers come with a few hearts, unless you give them the "extra treatment" or some "tea", you cannot raise their happiness level.

The massages, the hairdressing, or the jacuzzi has no effect on customers. So pray that they ask for the extra treatment (which is rare). If you're not the kind to pray than get the tea ready, cause it's the only reason the customers seem to be there.

What I mean is that to make all your customers happy, you have to keep them busy in the spa, just to make them drink tea. I remember serving tea 4 times in a row to a pregnant woman.

What kind of logic is this? One dude comes angry, he receives a massage, a hair massage, he spends some time in the jacuzzi, but he gets more and more angry? And than you serve him 4 cup of teas in a row and he is happy?

Why don't we just serve them tea then?

I guess they forgot to code that each treatment received should raise the happiness level of the customers by one heart. Only then it would become a "Spa" game. Until then, it's just a huge "Spa waiting room Tea House".
