Can someone help me I can't find the key to Nolent door?

Did you get help? I cant find it either.

You have to fufill other mandates in the game first before you get the pass key to the whole hotel. Do others things and fufill the mandate that says this was a murder not an accident. Then he becomes the official detective and gets a pass key from Lorenzo that lets you into everyones room. If you have fulfilled that mandate go speak to Lorenzo to get the pass key.
