Parchment in Queens office

used the three potions and still nothing happens. it says i'm missing something. help

You have to use them in a certain order it is on the parchment

Hmmmm... I have tried them in order per the parchment several times, but it still says there's nothing to be done here.

Any suggestions?

Never mind,,,finally figured it out. Not even sure how...but it worked!
