Turtle Odyssey 2 freezes need help

I've played this game until level 4.4 and when it loads, it goes about 3/4 through loading and then freezes. I have to manually go into my computer and shut it down. I've tried everything and it doesn't help. I'm on Vista, so not sure if that matters. Can someone please help me? I've seen in other forums where people get to level 6 and it happens there too. It really irritates me to have paid for a game and have this happen. HELP!!!
