Why can I not use a coupon code instead of the discount.
I have 4 coupons and want to use them . I have already let 2
coupons expire because there was not a game I wanted

Hello, cocky2,

There should be no reason for a valid coupon code not to work.

I just purchased this game using a Punch Card Code and had no problem.

Be sure you click on "apply" after putting the code into the box, and also, if you are copying and pasting that you have not accidentally copied a "space" at either end of the code.

At the right hand side next to the reduced price, click on the x which will remove the sale code and put the game at full price, then copy/paste your coupon code in the relevant box and click on apply.

If this is the last day for the free game coupon check what time the coupon was issued because it is not good all day long. It expires at the time it is issued rather than at the end of the day. I found that out the hard way. I tried to use a coupon code at 6PM that was dated that day and it would not work so when I called Big Fish told me the coupon had expired at 10AM that morning. Who knew....not me!

I purchased from the site not the GM.
By the time I came back to the site my original coupon had expired
so I had to use another one.

I'm sorry to see there was trouble with using your coupon! As others mentioned, this can definitely happen if there's a discount already applied to the game. Once the discount is removed though, the free game coupon should be able to apply.
