I looking again at the concept art & the "people pic"

Has anyone mentioned that the towns are definitely NOT the same.

In the "people pic the man in the upper right (some have said a Dr. - could he be also looking at a RUNE?

The "convict" does have stripes on his pants and could he be running from the "MIST" or cloud of gas that is creeping thru the bottom of the pic.

Sorry if they have been tried before - I checked pg 106 but did not see any ref.

OH YEAH - the main character is wearing at least 3 necklaces - could the be some kind of AMULET or have some other use ?

THANKS

PS. great job to the fishies.

Maybe it's like in return where it's two towns in relatively the same place

Here's how I feel. I really resent it when a retail site makes their customers go to FaceBook to have an advantage. I shop here, I do not shop at FaceBook. If BFG wants a presence on FaceBook to entice new customers, that's fine. But once those people shop here -- become customers, they should not get more special FaceBook deals that are not otherwise offered to BFG customers who opt not to join FaceBook.

...agree!

I have had the opportunity to follow this year's thread, every post, every line has been read...Have all MCF except the EFR which my puter did not have the 'right stuff' to d/l...but am insync with shorenuf about 'why'?...BFG peeps should get the same info IMO!

Hello fishies. I'm just popping in for a bit, I have quite a bit of work to do today. I agree that the hand, martini, spear, and milk clue seems too easy, but shake fits in so well with our other clues and its hard to come up with another link between them. I'm also happy to see that we are now up to You're, You re, in typos. We still have yet to see the countdown change on facebook, so maybe they will post another typo ridden clue. I would also like to note, that I do believe we can debunk Hondo's un, and recording the correct letters for the typos on facebook.

Guess what I found....

"James Bond rides a Hond* in Skyfall
The new 007 film, Skyfall, will feature Daniel Craig as James Bond aboard a Hond* motorcycle."

I know it's a HONDA but I just couldn't let this one pass.

Other than that, I found nothing....

LOL I used to ride a Hond....but now I ride a Kaw I read up on what the story is about, and I'm thinking more along the lines of someone was presumed dead, but came back, or a conspiracy of some sort.

Bond was presumed dead; I got that much from the trailer. Honestly though, I don't see that there's a whole lot of connection between Skyfall and the new game, although it could be something as simple as the name playing a part. The plot, however, I'm fairly sure is out. Skyfall has no connections I'm aware of to anything paranormal hidden within the plot; all I could tell from the trailer is that Bond was pursuing a criminal and was shot and fell into a river, and was therefore presumed dead; the criminal he was pursuing had a grudge against M for some reason and managed to attack MI-6, blowing it up, causing Bond to reappear and take on the case.

Note: I haven't seen the movie; I got all of that from the trailer, so I don't think I'm spoiling anything. *L*

Nevertheless, it's possible there's some connection we're not aware of, although it may just be that whole "shaken, not stirred" thing. Hard to tell for sure without going to see the movie. I may try that tonight to see if I can get anything out of it.

Regarding Earthquakes: Kentucky had one a little while ago (4.3 Magnitude) that was felt in TN and Ohio. I've never heard of Kentucky having an earthquake before. Not many details yet.

SKYFALL: Something as simple as a radioactive meteorite falling in the lake?

TALON: Harpies have talons also.

TYPOS: What popped into my head is "You Reap What You Sew". (17 letters)

Now I feel bad, my friend's saying that bc adults play MCF it's not as cool as Battlefield 3 or something. Tho to be honest, the pic for that kinda does look better than the Shadow Lake one... Not that much, tho...but still...

Now I'm feeling bad for liking MCF.

Don't be. I play Skyrim and the Sims and even 'kid stuff' like Sim golf... The games that make you think are harder than the ones where you just kill people. I bet you're smarter than most of your friends, and they're jealous.

Minor nitpick; the last word is actually "sow", referring to seed-planting (or in this case, reaping the results of whatever you did right or wrong).

Sorry for being a grammar Nazi, but that's one of my minor pet peeves. *sheepish look*

Sorry for the typo. Didn't catch it. Thanks for pointing it out to me. (Am Dyslexic & sometimes see wrong letters, + words & numbers backwards...no matter how many times I've read it).

Actually, in the case of Dr Frankenstein, I do believe he put stitches in the monster and was killed by him. So he actually reaped what he sewed .

I'm a very strange person, but I have looked up the cast because that's the sort of person I am. All supporting are from Seattle. And there are a couple of characters not on the poster.

Lea Thomson - Medium
Brandon O'Neill - Host
Madelyn Deutch - Co-host
Colleen Carey - Scientist/Doctor
Jim Iorio - Sherriff
Terry Edward Moore - Man in suit
Michael Patten - Convict
Iain D - Boy with artifact
Sean G. Griffin - Not on poster - old man
Araceli Meager-Reyes - Not on poster - teen girl
Quinn Franzen - Man with artifact

This is how I see them when looking at the actors. Iain D has no surname as I can't quite read it on the poster, but I found an Iain D. in Seattle who looks like the boy.

And then there's:

Sol, a needle pulling thread...

If I could manage a double quote I would - so instead will say:

dogmama - ROFL @ the Frakenstein comment!! We so need a ROFL emoticon!

Tip toes back into the forum wearing her invisible cloak. RIPS off her cloak and does a soft shoe dance for the amusement of none. She then slips and falls on the slippery stage and as she lay moaning asks with her dying breath: "please tell me how spear and shake go together beside shakespeare?"
