i want to cancel my subscription. how do i do that?

i have looked all over trying to find a place to cancel this. everytime i go to customer support, the sites down

I am sorry you want to cancel, I love BFG. However, if you do, I have seen the instructions via the help page if you search for "cancel membership". I know that does not help you right now as the site is down. I am sure they will fix that soon and you can follow the link. Hope this helps ...
