I keep getting the above message when trying to play this game, at first it downloaded fine and played. When I went back to it the next day this above message kept coming up. Everything on my computer is up to date. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Retambris. If you are having technical problems with any of our games, I would recommend contacting our Customer Support team. I know a lot of people in Customer Support and I can tell you that they are fantastic folks who enjoy helping our customers with their games. Our Customer Support team is trained to deal with these types of problems and will work with you to get our game working properly. You can contact our support team by clicking here or through the "Need Tech Support" link at the right of this page.

This game ran fine when I originally downloaded/purchased it but now there's no sound and I've contacted Tech Support but never got a response. It's no fun playing Brain Challenge without the sound. How can I figure out why the sound isn't working ?? I have sound ON in the settings ... is this a Vista issue cuz I'm using Windows Vista.

I'm having the same "Insufficient Memory" error message. The game worked fine during the free demo but the minute I paid and activated it, it hasn't run yet. I have no "Insufficient Memory" messages with any of the other games I have nor with any other program on my computer. I'm getting really peeved because I have paid for something that has never worked. I will contact Support now and report back anything I find out.

It s a shame that the game doesn t really shows your improvement ( or failures).
I did the daily test but I esspecially just solved 2 or 3 items a game so I had to have very low points but yet... i managed to stay on my " % of braincapacity"????
then I made a new profile and after solving the daily test I had to start with a capacity of 10 where on my previous profile I was much higher.( and its with the same brain, you know :-) )
Now this game is ruined for me because I don t know if I am really getting better or if the game is just " being polite " :-)

No matter how many times I do the daily test it only shows the results of my first 10 times on the Average graph. Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks,

+1

It "surfes" on the DS Brain Games fashion, but it seems it has been created too quickly, with lots of flaws, the biggest being that "no real feedback" and "too polite to be honest" stuff.

I'm having trouble with the multi-task game called "Tiger Ride". I can't get the tiger to go when I click or use the arrow keys. The other side of the game works fine. What's up?

I've actually already brought this game before I knew about Bigfish (joined Oberon Media before and cancelled my membership with them as there were less choice of games). Very well made game.
