levels of Treasure Master

On Treasure Master box, it says 48 levels. I have played the game twice. After the 10th level, it ends. Where are the other 38 levels.

There are 10 Chapters; each chapter contains multiple rooms. I'm assuming that's what they mean by 48 levels.
