Installation Error?

Hi! I just installed this game (I "bought" it with a credit) and it won't launch. Is there some kind of waiting period, or am I missing something?

Okay, so I have Windows 7. My system scan told me that the game is incompatible. I've had BFG work on this laptop before. Why is it giving me this message now?
