Remember the clouds are stationary and only the plane moves. Start with no clouds on the right then a little tiny bit of cloud showing. Keep moving the plane toward, then under, then in front of the clouds.
If this doesn't work, then Google Madame Fate Walkthroughs. There are several out there and some have video clips or pictures. Can't be more specific or Flounder will edit this post.
