If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

I have installed and uninstalled this game twice and im unable to play it. I cant even get the start screen to come up. Im using a pc.

I played the trial without any hitches. Yesterday, I purchased the game since Christmas puzzles were on sale. Sadly, I can't get the game to download. I have tried uninstalling the trial and no luck. This is the first time (that I can remember) that I have had trouble installing a game.

I played the demo, had no issues, than purchased the game, played through 2 page levels, am now on the third one, and keep getting access violation error's, and the game closes.
Tried going back into the game, can make about 3 moves, than the access violation error again, tried this 4 times, same thing happens, so can't continue .

I don't understand why a game waits until after you buy it, to have errors, you would think it would do this during the demo period, so F-R-U-S-T-R-A-T-I-N-G .

The game plays fine for a while then I will be close to finishing and it crashes and goes back to the beginning and I have to start again. Again I'll play through a few more in a level and it happens again. It is so random it drives me crazy. I've tried reloading it several times but it doesn't help. I tried restarting my computer and that doesn't help..... Can anyone help?
