help, I cant get past the dude that eats the gnome so I can free the dog?

Move the hot dog, that the dog is chasing 2 one of the horns on the skeleton... that will change the direction of the fan n will suck his hat up, when he grabs 4 the hat hit the button on the arm of the chair, that will bring little dude bk, then click on the slugs chair, little dude will push the slug in the position 2 get sucked up himself, he will drop a key, open the cage, n go 2 the door, push the button n the door will open.
