Have all these issues too since this morning....

Never had problems before!

Have the same problem. All day.

Go ahead and add me to the growing list of black screen afflicted. Except even going through achievements doesn't help...bah

Having black screen issues too! Please don't tell me we are gonna have to start all over!?

Same problem, started somewhat yesterday night.

My Rainbow Blossom icon was complete except for a green gem, now it has disappeared from my screen. WHY and WHERE DID IT GO?

This morning, I tried to enter the game twice and all I could see was a black screen with the tool bar at the top. This is new.

I've not been playing long, only level 10, but when I tried to get into the game this a.m. I got my avatar picture, ex pnts, gold and crystals. Everything else was a black screen. Should I uninstall, reinstall? Please let me know what to do as I really enjoy this game. Thanks in advance.

Logged in this morning and have a black screen after the splash screen, it is missing my pet and the current active puzzle item (charm).
Clicking my avatar and closing the achievement screen or going in to the friends and gifts screen and exiting that, returns MOST of the screen elements, except the pet and puzzle item.

I am not completing any hos or quests until a fix patch is out as I am afraid I will lose items into the black screen of voidness.

Staying tuned for updates. If it persists, I will happily submit a cs email with a Dr. Felix report.

Hoping for a quicker fix for this....was nearing lvl 18 and it was getting interesting!

RE: The black screen, the disappearing pets, the disappearing inventory, lab, friends icons, the disappearing character icons.

This is the error that shows up in the log file in the saved game folder.

Error: you try to execute code - lua error: [string "int_panel_top"]:805: attempt to compare two nil values

They have deleted something on their server side of the game.
BFG will have to fix it on their end.

Black screen as well on both games. BFG - Anything you can let us know!!! Please post a message in a new thread so we don't have to dig around to find it. THANKS

I'm getting the mostly black screen, too. And while going into the achievements and back out will let me play, it's incredibly annoying to have to keep going back to the quest-giver to figure out what items I need because the icons disappeared. Also, with the inventory tabs gone, I can't check to see what I have or if I can make an item to sell. A response on this would be very nice.

The game will not completely load. Doesn't load the tasks bar if and when I don't have a black screen. Other games work fine.

When I go into Midnight Castke, my vial for memories & my pet do not appear at all & sometimes my quests do not appear either.

I thought I was the only one who got a black screen when I went into my game today. Guess we can't play this game anymore and just have to wait for an update.

It seems this happened over the night and we have recently become aware of the issue. The problem has been escalated to the developer and we hope to see a fix for this issue shortly.

We appreciate your patience in this matter while the developers work on getting this fixed. We will definitely post in the forum as soon as we have more information.
