Error for the Tri-Peaks 2 game-FlashPlayer

[b]I really need some help with this game I just purchased and downloaded. When I try to play it, I get error about not having my Flashplayer updated. Well, I have the latest one, but still can't play the game. Why?? Help please!

I have the same issue. The game is apparently checking for Flash Player 8, I have the newer Flash 9, but for whatever reason it's not seeing that. I'd like to play this but not willing to jump through Support hoops for it, nor roll back to an older version of flash to play it. *shrug*

Poodlebear, you can have more than one version of flash. If you go to the Adobe site, I'm pretty sure I saw a link to download Flash 8. good luck whatever you choose to do.

I'm joining the crowd. I have the same problem with flash 8. Couldn't find version 8 in Adobe.
Where can I get it?

This is not the only game with this problem. I found others who requires Flash. Downloaded to try them but couldn't play.

I also have the same problem. I installed FP8 but still have no luck. I also have FP 10 which installed itself automatically yesterday. Very frustrating. I have been fooling with Flash Player for some time now and can't get TriPeaks to work though my other games do.

Have been installing and uninstalling and reinstalling both the game and Flash Players but no luck I wish this issue would be addressed by BF here. I was really enjoying this game until Suday afternoon (worked Sunday morning).

FYI, I have a PC and am using XP Pro. The game failed about half way through Easter Island. My newest BF game, Mystery Island, works well as do many others. I can't help but believe that there is something wrong with this game and not the Flash Player or Active X.

Update: A few days ago I wrote to Tech Support and attached screen shots of the error messages. Am still waiting for a reply. I hope they can fix this. I almost tried the first game but decided to wait to see if this FP problem gets fixed. The silence on this issue is LOUD!

UPDATE: I heard from Tech Support and the solution is too complicated for me involving installation of Active X update - I clicked the link for the DL page which had no Active X 10 option, the options seemed to be for Developers? It also involves getting Help from Adobe. Been there Done that, no Help, not going there again. Guess I will just have to write off this game

I'm having the same issue. I loved the first Tri-Peaks game. Needless to say I'm very disappointed that BF will not correct this issue. Oh well.

YEAH THIS IS REALLY BUGGIN' ME, I'VE UPDATED FLASH ,UNINSTALLED REINSTALLED GAME AND STILL GET THE SAME CRAPPIE MESSAGE, AND TO TOP THAT IT SAYS I GOT 58 MIN. LEFT TO PLAY AND I HAVE'NT EVEN BEEN ABLE TO PLAY IT YET, BF FIX THIS GAME!!! ASAP!!

Big Fish....has this problem been corrected yet for this game? I still cannot play it. Since I paid for a game I cannot play, I'd appreciate a refund or better yet....a game credit for it. Email me Please.....thank you.

Just to let anyone know who needs help with this game. I, too, could not get the ame to work after having played it. I went to options and unchecked the video accelleration box and the game works fine now. Try it, it might help.

uh, where is the options that you changed I have looked and can not find.

im past level 24 have been working for 2 weeks and can not get it to give me thelic for level 25 does anyone know what the problem is. I have made it to the treasure chest about 90000000000000000 times please someone help me if u have had this problem thanks

Any update about the flash player???? I have uninstalled and installed several times, tried updating fp and still nothing...HELP!!!

Arrgh same here, I have done the same as anyone else here and it still wont work. I d/l the latest flash player but it still wont work.. Hopefully a solutions soon

the game always stop and you cant get out of it or it wont even start even my spooky fish game dose the same thing

running Tri-Peaks 2 with Win 7 32 bit. runs fine for a while, then I get the flash player notice. I have reinstalled the game and flash player a few times, no luck. this is very sporatic and frustrating..... any solution to this

not from me, I tried to play the demo the other day, and had the same issue with flash - then after I updated which I wasn't too keen on dropping down to, I got an exception - I just didn't care enough to go further. To bad the problem isn't fixed though.
