Can't Pick Up Cricket Ball

I'm supposed to be able to pick up the cricket ball from the trophy, but when I get to it I can't pick it up.

I used a cheat for the tiles around Jane's door and when that was done I was supposed to go to Edward's target slide with the cricket ball.

Are you click on the cricket ball on top of the trophy that is in that kitchen hallway? If you can't pick it up, it is a bug. You can download the patch from Her Interactive's web site.

I tried with HER interactive and there is no patch fot this game. This is driving me crazy!!!!!

Okay, I just looked and the patch is there. I cannot post a link to it so you will have to go to their Tech Support forum do a search for "cricket ball" and it will pop right up with link.
