flashlight

I just started Prime Suspects and have a battery, but no way to put it in a flashlight and no flashlight. I must be missing something obvious, but need some guidance, please.

I can not find the battery and I have been able to find all the clues but for the life of me, I can not find the battery.

If you show me where the battery is, maybe I can figure out how to put it in the flashlight.

The battery doesn't go in a flashlight. On each suspect that you need a battery, there will be one site that is locked. After you get the battery, you go to that site and will need to find more clues.

The battery is smallish and is sort of swirly colored. If you needed one, you wouldn't have been able to finish investigating a subject until you found it.

The battery looks like the one that will be on the right side where the little briefcase is.

Now as you are looking in each location for your clues, in one of these locations you will find a smaller version of this battery. When you click on it, you will get a 'charging action' and then it will allow you to see the other location that is saying that you need the battery.

Each of the locations that you are searching for clues have the 'possibilitiy' to have a battery however, there is only one for each search game that you are playing. If you run out of time, then the battery will move to one of the other locations.

The place that the battery is in each location will not change. just which location you will need to find it in.

In rooms that are dark, you must exit the room, go to a different site, locate the battery, then you can return to the darkened room and the x-ray machine will automatically reveal a portion of the screen.
