Problem with Resturant Empire

I bought this game and it runs fine except there is no sound. It's like the sound starts at the start but instantly cuts out. I found a demo of it on Reflexive and everything works fine except I can only play it for an hour or buy it from them. There version has total sound, Music and in-game. I e-mailed BFG by using there "Contact Tech Support" option but that was 3 1/2 days ago and they have not responded back yet. I thought I would ask you guys if maybe someone else had this same problem and might tell me when I can do to enjoy the full game not just the game w/out sound. Oh by the way, I run the config file and it says the game is not installed but the game starts up fine minus the sound. Also I have tried to uninstall and reinstall a good 5 times now at various times of the day. Morning, noon, evening, night and late night. Please help me . Thanks

the sound on this game is very low to begin with , press the O key and you'll find an options menu where you can adjust it.

i had the same problem when i got it (when it first came out). i was in contact with customer support and they did everything possible to help me out, including helping me look through my whole computer to make sure i had all the proper stuff to run it. nothing helped and they ended up giving me a free game credit.
