Unlocked Bonus Levels

I completed the five restaurants with expert on every level so unlocked the bonus "Expert Levels". After trying the first one called "Water Park Madness" I am wondering if this is some kind of April Fool joke. Here and elsewhere I've seen people asking for help with it but nowhere have I seen a reply that specifically addresses the bonus levels. At this point I'd just like to know if these levels are legitimate! Does anyone know?

UPDATED: mea culpa. I played through all the levels last night and yes, they are real. After I got over the shock of the Waterpark everything came together nicely.

There are several levels on 3 of the restaurants that I just can't get expert on. The water park and the crypt are the only ones I've managed to get expert on all levels. I know the key is in the seating by colors, but I've tried endless combinations, and nothing works. Any tips for the romantic one, levels 3, 8, and 9? The winter one, levels 7 & 8? And the hometown harvest one, level 8?
