CD won't load rock cd

CD won't load. I played the demo when it 1st came out with no problems. I bought it on the FF list, so decided to start from the beginning and can;t get the rock cd to load. I must have tried every location on the cd but the right one. LOL Would love any advice and thx in advanced.
