game downloading

hey, has anyone ever had problems with purchasing two games at once, coz i did and i can only download one of them, and cant download madame fate..argh, it's the one i wanted more too!!!
help!

1. Are both games listed in the My Account tab under Purchase History? If so, did you try reinstalling MF? If not, try purchasing it again. Once or twice I have had to re-install a game because it did not download or install properly.
2. Check out Help tab topics to see if your problem has occurred and is talked about under installing a game.
3. In My Account under the My Game Club tab, there is a Live Chat option with a technical support staff from BFG. You can type your question and they will reply.
4. Email BFG support for help. Be sure to give them as much info as you can including purchase history, what options you tried.
