Rosa Sanchez Interview?

The game tells me that she wants something from my evidence folder in order for her to talk, but I can't figure out what it is. I also can't find a walkthrough anywhere online! My in-game hints button keeps telling me to go to the prosecutor's office and "talk to someone who knows what was going on in the victim's life", but i've talked to him with all green lights and he has nothing left to say. Please help! or i'd be happy to take a walkthrough file from anyone!

Since no one responded, but plenty of people viewed this. Here is the answer. You have to get the Chief to give you protection for Rosa's nephew (the witness). THEN she will talk to you and then game can move forward.
