What happened to Family Feud 2

I bought the license to use and play family fued 2 and as i know u are allowed 5 licenses per game. The first computer i loaded it on never worked, but now that i have a new computer its not even on the games list. What happens to my money can i use the license for another game?

Okay try going to "My Account" then "Purchase History" it should show up there with the option to download, if it doesn't then contact customer service
